RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items must be sent tracked or tracked and signed for. When the item is returned, a refund will be granted.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     Any and all clothing unless otherwise stated

     ●     All v0.X (ie v0.5/v0.8) and v1.X (ie v1.0/v1.5) input displays of any kind as of 17/04/2022

     ●     Any items that have explicit disclaimers on their respective product pages. If a return/refund request is related to      those disclaimers, the item is not eligible for a refund

     ●     Buy buying an item from WTFParts store, you abide by these terms.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

     ●     If a customer buys a product that explicitly states on the listing that it is not eligible for a refund if it does not work as desired, then a refund will not be given. A product of his type is bought by the customer at their own risk and by buying the said item, understands the risks this is not limited to: hardware/software incompatibility, damage caused via installation of purchased item, flickering/ghost inputs of an input display of any version, clothes not fitting properly, damage upon arrival not caused by WTFParts, mistaken purchases.

     ●     Any hardware purchased is of the understanding that the buyer accepts the full responsibility and risk that hardware may not be compatible with hardware the buyer owns. Due to incompatibility of sold hardware, damage to hardware or software may occur. Due to this, WTFParts holds no responsibility or liability for damaged equipment or technical support in the form of primary, secondary or tertiary contact or financial assistance or financial reparation as a result of said damage.
